The perception of the time-less

timeless

In a moment when we feel rested and fully awake; If we sit down with our spine straight and with our head relaxed, eyes semi-closed as if we were aiming to look at the tip of our nose but still seeing straight ahead…then we breathe comfortably becoming aware on how our breath expands our stomach and then it automatically deflates itself… It is in the awareness of something which happens automatically, without our “doing” something; how we could understand the mystery of life for it is happening in us. The heart pumps blood automatically. The lungs breathe automatically; even while sleeping. The magic of life continuous on, without our conscious awareness.

Go deeper now. The perception of our senses is not real. The thoughts in our mind are not real, for they are based on the senses…. No thoughts, no mind, no senses, but still there is the consciousness of “something” observing, being aware of “things.”

Let us not call that consciousness “I.” It is something without a label. When we label, we think; when we think, we miss the experience of what “is.” Go into it, experience it; get acquainted with it.

That is what we need to be aware of. Now try that awareness while the noise outside and inside is going on, while the “craziness” out there is happening… Now, we are into something… 🙂

That space, that center brings its own peace and stillness.

In that awareness, there is no time, for all the outside things which bring time into our awareness are no longer part of “me.”

The timeless awareness of “I” brings a different perspective of life. A different “reality.”

This is the “exercise” to find the tranquil “Ocean of life” without ripples or waves coming and going. Here, we find the totality of all that exists in the horizon, without going away someplace to look for it.
This is to settle into the a-temporal state of being.

At that point, change; transformation of awareness happens; for when we discover more and more about ourselves, we cannot take the illusion of being “someone” anymore… that is, as long as we are aware.

Divine Brother avyakt7, Om Shanti! Thank you indeed for this wonderful article I have inculcated the subtle spiritual perception of the value of timeless awareness as well as checking with the understanding of my real SELF. Usually in Thailand we are accustom to the closing eye meditation in mindfulness of the present moment by starting from the awareness of the soft breathing in and out called “Ana Pana Sati” while breathing process may be observed at the air passing through the nose in the rise and fall of the abdomen (abdominal breathing of the infant or normal natural breathing). I do appreciate your guidance at the beginning of mediation as it is simple physiologic and will contemplate the mind to be silence and peaceful in a just a few minutes. Then it is as you said: “It is in the awareness of something which happens automatically, without our “doing” something; how we could understand the mystery of life for it is happening in us…The magic of life continuous on, without our conscious awareness. The perception of our senses is not real. The thoughts in our mind are not real, for they are based on the senses…. No thoughts, no mind, no senses, but still there is the consciousness of “something” observing, being aware of “things.”” (avyakt7) To my knowledge of Quantum Energy of which can be very useful to be applied for “Quantum Healing in Medicine”,I like to quote the explanation of Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. Bruce Lipton who always share that whatever we see with this physical eyes is not real or just an illusion but what we cannot see is real and always exist. I agree with you that we have to go more deeper now. The perception of our senses is not real. The thoughts in our mind are not real, for they are based on the senses…No thoughts, no mind, no senses, but still there is the consciousness of “something” observing, being aware of “things.” To my interest this area of spirituality is most interesting but to find the answer is not trying to debate especially among the different perspective of religious viewpoints. It can be no right no wrong as we will respect all aspect from those Theist, Atheist, New Age philosophy or spirituality etc. In Buddhism one of eight aspects of the Path is the Right Understanding of which Buddha said is the ultimately the penetrative understanding of things as they really are and not as we perceive them to be, or wish them to be. Right Understanding refers specifically to the Four Noble Truths. Penetrative rather than intellectual understanding comes when the mind has been freed from delusion and has been developed through meditation…Thank you so much for your highly benevolent services..In the Spiritual Path of…..” EXPLORING the DEPTHS of REALITY”………It is my fortune to know this www. from Lovely avyakt7. I am a peaceful soul, the real SELF. Bangkok, Thailand.

Thank you, Damronpang for tour kind words of appreciation and for sharing your own discoveries and practices.
Buddhism could be taken as another religion, with their devotional practices; but also as a path of self discovery, a path that could truly help any other path when beliefs are put aside and we are willing to find out more about ourselves, our own truth, 🙂

Divine Brother avyakt7 I am convinced and clear with your reply as being a BKWSU student and in this spiritual gyan for 11-12 years now. Let me ask one question so I can share the answer with all others any belief and religion? How can one be assured or realized the truth that they found out is verified and validated as being the “Real Absolute Elevated Truth” ? It may or may not according to the religion they believe. In fact I really appreciate your attitude and status of avyakt7 at present time because people share in your www. not just focusing only BK knowledge and I am also happy to share with all in Thailand strong Buddhism too as we’ll as I always love the path of Buddha Teaching and also Shiv Baba Knowledge. Thank you in deed. From Bangkok, Thailand, the land of Smiles!
